Help us do more

We’ll get right to the point: we’re asking you to help support Community Crisis Center. We’re a nonprofit that relies on the support from people like you.  If everyone donates $10 monthly, Community Crisis Services can continue to support the people who needs us most.

All donations made to Community Crisis Services Inc. are tax-deductible and go directly to the client expenses that we do not receive funding for through our contracts.

Your donation could literally assist a family with things such as first month’s rent in a new home, safe from abuse; as well as, transportation assistance or a job interview and much more. With your donation you could improve the lives of millions – in your own backyard and in communities around the nation.

When selecting “Other”, the donor will have the option to donate an amount not listed and/or set up reoccurring monthly donations.

Meet Herbie the Homeless Hedgehog

Written to help children better understand homelessness, Herbie the Homeless Hedgehog follows our hero as he and his mother find themselves unable to pay rent, and must leave the only home Herbie has ever known.

Unsure of what to do, our young family decides to take advantage of the hope offered in the Warm Nights Hypothermia Shelter Program.

Written by CCSI Development Coordinator Bill Leary, and charmingly illustrated by artists Catherine and Margaret Freed, Herbie the Homeless Hedgehog is sure to be a new favorite for your children and an excellent educational tool for parents, grandparents, teachers and clergy members to teach compassion, empathy and the power and joy of helping others!

For each $25.00 donation to Community Crisis Services Inc., you will receive an author signed copy.
